Long Well Group Ltd., a privately-held conglomerate with wide ranging business interests, said today that the Singapore Court of Appeal upheld the Singapore High Court’s earlier judgment that Commerzbank Asset Management Asia Ltd. had breached agreements entered into with the plaintiffs.
